Within 24 hours of contacting us, or one of the team visiting your property to measure up dimensions, we’ll provide you with a free no-obligation quote.

Place your order

Once we’ve confirmed the final conservatory design, including decorative features, paired windows and doors, and roofing options, we’ll confirm and approve your order. The administration team will issue the contract to a surveyor. (2-3 days)

Order deposit is requested

If we have not yet received your order deposit, we will request this. (1-2 days from paperwork returned)

Arrange a surveyor visit

You’ll be contacted by a surveyor to arrange a convenient date for both parties to visit your home. They will review the project size and take any additional measurements if needed. The surveyor will note if any planning permission regulations are required and whether conservation area regulations need to be reviewed. (1-2 days)

Trial dig

If this is required to determine the footings of your conservatory, you will be contacted by our conservatory team to arrange for our builders to carry this out. (2-3 days)

Surveyor’s assessment is confirmed

We’ll let you know once the surveyor’s paperwork has been returned to us so that we can continue to process your order. (1-2 days)

Planning permissions are advised if necessary

Our technical department will advise on whether permitted development, prior approval, full planning building regulations are required for your conservatory installation. If it is needed, our conservatory team will take care of this for you and update you once they have been received. (Up to 2-3 days if no planning. Up to 10 weeks if planning required with no regulations. Up to 13 weeks if planning required with regulations.)

Pre-site check with project manager

Once all necessary planning permissions are approved, a designated project manager will contact you to arrange a pre-site check to finalise all of the specifics required for the installation. This will make sure the installation day is as swift as possible. (1-2 days)

Confirm an installation date

Our conservatory department will get in touch with you to agree the dates for your installation. (1-2 days)

Your conservatory will be manufactured

We’ll pass on your final design and measurements to our manufacturing factory where they’ll fabricate your bespoke conservatories. They utilise industry-leading techniques and cutting-edge materials to provide the most durable and thermally efficient products available on the market.

Conservatory installation

The conservatory installers will arrive at the arranged time to begin your project. As highly skilled professionals, their extensive experience will ensure for minimal disruption. They’ll be able to discuss maintenance tips for your new conservatory, and the functionality of the integrated windows and doors.

Remedial work addressed

In the unlikely event that any further work is needed for your new conservatory, we will order any needed parts to complete the installation and organise a date to complete the follow-up work. (On receipt of parts or 1-2 days if no parts needed).

Installation complete
