Upon completion of your installation, you will receive a completion pack which includes your 10 year guarantee, BSI Building Regulations Certificate*, product maintenance and user guide plus Energy Rated Certificate*

We will also leave you with a customer comment card, asking a few brief questions about your experience of the service provided by Banaglaze.
