Ian Leigh, Managing Director, says the Kitemark inspection process was tough. Fortunately though, Banaglaze has always taken a proactive approach to staff training and quality management and this stood the company in good stead when the BSI assessors arrived. “Every part of our business received a thorough review and all our staff were fully involved. It was a great team effort. Our surveying and design team found themselves explaining how they produce surveys and taking BSI assessors with them on visits to customers’ homes. Meanwhile, our installers found themselves removing old windows and installing new ones also under the watchful gaze of the assessors.
